WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
A: We accept payments through Zelle and Venmo. If you prefer to pay by credit card, please let us know in advance.
What happens if we damage a piece of rental equipment while it's in our possession?
If you accidentally damage rental equipment while it's in your possession, please call us immediately at 551-257-8548.
Do I get my money back if I do not use the equipment?
We do not offer refunds for equipment that goes unused once the deposit is secured.
Do you have insurance to provide my building with a COI?
Yes, we are fully insured
Do I need to be present for deliveries?
While we prefer you to be present during deliveries, if you can't be, please let us know where the products should be placed.
Does the delivery fee include setup?
The delivery fee includes drop off, setup, and pick up.
How long do I get my rentals for?
Rentals are typically for one full day.
What is the charge for delivery?
The delivery fee varies depending on your location.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes, we offer a 10% discount to event planners, balloon artists, and vendors.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you've paid in full for our services, we require a 24-hour notice for cancellations. In such cases, a 50% refund will be issued.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes 50% Down and 50% on due or anytime before the due date.
